• W-4 - each employee should fill out a new W4 each year. This will insure you have their current address and give them the option to increase or decrease the amount of withholding allowances.

• I-9 - it is required by law that an employee give you the proper documents to prove they are legally allowed to work in this country.

• W-9 - always have any subcontractors you are paying fill one of these out with their information before you pay them as it can often be hard to track people down at tax time.
