Your flat monthly fee of only $240 to $480 per month includes all of the following:

  

• Monthly Financials - know how your business is doing on a monthly basis with Profit & Loss (your revenue and expenses) and Balance Sheet (your assets, liabilities and equity) statements.

• Year-end Financials ready once the year is done - since work will be done on your books on a monthly basis at year end your financial statements will be ready for your CPA (or one we refer) to file your return.  C.A.T.S. is also fully qualified to file your Sole Proprietor, LLC or Corp returns for you.

• State and City tax returns - we will file all of your state excise and city B&O returns.

• Payroll - We offer Quickbooks Online Payroll subscriptions at a discounted rate. Everything will be set up for you and then you can cut your employees' paychecks.  You can also offer direct deposit of paychecks at no charge to you or your employees.

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable - you can invoice your clients and post and pay bills.

• 1099's - we will keep track of payments to subcontractors and issue 1099's at the end of the year.

• Online access - access your financial records from anywhere with an internet connection since your books will be net based on Quickbooks Online.

• Budgets - we can help you set up a budget, monitor actual versus budgeted income and expenses and recommend ways to cut costs.

• Free software upgrades - no more outdated software and the need to purchase a newer version of your accounting software.  Since our program is net-based updates are automatic.

• Free, reliable backup of your data - your data is constantly backed up on Quickbooks Online's remote servers so there's no risk of losing your company records as there would be if you used a desktop accounting program.

• Office organization - C.A.T.S. can come to your office and show you the right way to organize your records.

• Training - wish to invoice customers and/or pay vendors with printed checks?  We can set you up on our net-based accounting system and train you (and/or an employee) how to use the system.

• Personal/company tax preparation - have your personal and/or business federal tax returns prepared by C.A.T.S. or a recommended CPA.

• Representation during audits - being audited can be scary which is why you want a professional on your side that has represented clients in audits and can work with the tax agency auditing you and give them all the information they need.
